Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic Finance Business Partner to the business, supporting business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes end-to-end.
  • Own the preparation of account and project-level budgets and rolling forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends and variances, and proactively drive corrective actions to meet targets.
  • Review contract clauses and commercial terms; partner with sales and legal teams to negotiate customer agreements that minimize financial, tax, and cash flow risk.
  • Lead the coordination and preparation of consolidated budgets and financial forecasts; report and explain variances to senior stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner.
  • Establish and maintain rigorous quality controls over financial transactions and reporting to ensure integrity and compliance.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations, accruals, and management reporting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive finance experience, with a strong focus on project controlling, cost management, budgeting & forecasting, and financial business partnering.
  • Full professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required.

Nice to have

  • experience with ERP or financial reporting tools is a plus..
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
