About the role
- You'll run shifts at our Columbus studio, keeping data collection sessions on schedule and on spec.
- You're the person on the floor making sure moderators have what they need, participants are checked in and moving through sessions, and every session hits its quality bar.
- This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who likes running a tight operation.
Responsibilities
- Lead studio shifts during active data collection projects, from open to close
- HumanSignal is a human data partner for companies building AI models and products.
- Advanced ML and AI teams use our enterprise platform to run their own data factories, and our services team to extend their reach where in-house capacity runs out.
Requirements
- Experience managing shifts, teams, or operations.
