About the role
- As the business evolves, the team plays a critical role in bringing clarity, structure, and confidence to complex financial and operational decisions, helping ensure the company is well positioned for its next phase of growth
Responsibilities
- Build scalable forecasting models across revenue, operating expenses, cash flow, headcount, and key business metrics.
- Partner closely with GTM, Product, Engineering, Operations, and People leaders to support strategic decision making and resource allocation.
- Develop executive and Board reporting packages that communicate financial performance, business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Drive company-wide KPI reporting, ensuring leadership has clear visibility into operational and financial performance.
- Lead scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to support investments, fundraising, pricing decisions, and strategic initiatives.
- Build scalable planning processes and systems that support the company's next stage of growth.
- We partner with fintechs, neobanks, and institutions to help them launch solutions that are global, inclusive, and efficient.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development, with increasing leadership responsibility.
Compensation
- Own the company's financial planning processes, including the annual operating plan, long-range planning, quarterly forecasts, and monthly reforecasting.
- Experience building annual plans, rolling forecasts, board materials, and executive reporting.
