About the role

As an M&A Program Manager, you will be responsible for the tactical execution, tracking, and monitoring of integration activities.
You will play a critical role in ensuring that all integration deliverables are met on schedule, providing the structure and visibility necessary for successful deal integration.

Reporting to the Functional Leader and supporting the Integration Lead, you will manage day-to-day operations, effectively filtering the "noise" to ensure the team remains focused on achieving key milestones that power our growth.

Deliverable Tracking: Maintain the M&A Hub, project trackers, and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into deal status and progress.
Communication & Facilitation: Facilitate cadenced meetings, provide clear status updates to leadership, and document key decisions for the deal team.
Operational Support: Coordinate onboarding activities (e.g., the Buddy Program) and proactively manage the decision backlog to prevent bottlenecks.
Detail-Oriented Project Management: Ability to maintain meticulous tracking of deliverables, milestones, and decision backlogs within the M&A Hub, ensuring comprehensive oversight.
Operational Excellence: Ability to manage "noise" and maintain team continuity while ensuring adherence to Cisco's internal processes.

Proficiency in maintaining dashboards and translating complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Tool Proficiency: Expert-level usage of project management and collaboration software, including the M&A Hub, Asana, SharePoint, Excel (for status dashboards), and PowerPoint.

The starting salary range posted for this position is $109,300.00 to $145,200.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation*, equity, or benef

Utilize data-driven insights to monitor the health and progress of integration workstreams, ensuring OKRs and KPIs are tracked accurately.

Employees may be eligible to receive grants of Cisco restricted stock units, which vest following continued employment with Cisco for defined periods of time.
10 paid holidays per full calendar year, plus 1 floating holiday for non-exempt employees

Non-exempt employees** receive 16 days of paid vacation time per full calendar year, accrued at rate of 4.92 hours per pay period for full-time employees
Exempt employees participate in Cisco's flexible vacation time off program, which has no defined limit on how much vacation time eligible employees may use (subject to availability and some business limitations)
80 hours of sick time off provided on hire date and each January 1st thereafter, and up to 80 hours of unused sick time carried forward from one calendar year to the next
Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location, market conditions, job-related skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training.
