Responsibilities
- Clearsulting is a global consulting company with the motivation to deliver positive change through digital finance.
- 20% What you'll do Lead end-to-end implementations of Workiva GRC (Controls, Audit, Risk, and Policies).
- Manage project delivery across scope, timelines, risks, and multiple workstreams.
- Translate business and compliance needs into scalable Workiva GRC solution designs.
- Serve as the primary client lead, driving design decisions, leading practices, and executive-level communications.
- Ensure quality delivery through documentation oversight, UAT coordination, go-live readiness, training, and post-implementation support.
Requirements
- Ability to work effectively with executive stakeholders, business users, and technical teams.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship.
- Experience across multiple Workiva GRC modules, including Controls, Audit, Risk, and Policies.
- Experience with process design, controls rationalization, or audit/risk transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with data migration, reporting, integrations, and platform adoption strategies.

- Team members residing within a 45 minute commuting radius of a Clearsulting office, we expect 4 days of in-person work per month, allowing flexibility choosing these days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs and individual schedules.

- Conduct client discovery sessions to gather requirements, assess current-state processes, and identify pain points.
- Oversee system configuration, data setup, workflows, user roles, reporting, and testing.
