20% What you'll do Lead end-to-end implementations of Workiva GRC (Controls, Audit, Risk, and Policies).
Manage project delivery across scope, timelines, risks, and multiple workstreams.
Translate business and compliance needs into scalable Workiva GRC solution designs.
Serve as the primary client lead, driving design decisions, leading practices, and executive-level communications.
Ensure quality delivery through documentation oversight, UAT coordination, go-live readiness, training, and post-implementation support.

Ability to work effectively with executive stakeholders, business users, and technical teams.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship.
Experience across multiple Workiva GRC modules, including Controls, Audit, Risk, and Policies.
Experience with process design, controls rationalization, or audit/risk transformation initiatives.
Familiarity with data migration, reporting, integrations, and platform adoption strategies.

Team members residing within a 45 minute commuting radius of a Clearsulting office, we expect 4 days of in-person work per month, allowing flexibility choosing these days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs and individual schedules.
Travel Expectations: 20% What you'll do Lead end-to-end implementations of Workiva GRC (Controls, Audit, Risk, and Policies).
Conduct client discovery sessions to gather requirements, assess current-state processes, and identify pain points.
Oversee system configuration, data setup, workflows, user roles, reporting, and testing.
