- A structured, analytical, and curious intellect with quantitative instincts and an understanding of basic statistical concepts.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
- Comfort and experience working in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Proficiency (which is more than familiarity) with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with SQL or related query languages and platforms preferred.

- Understand, analyze, and report on large, dispersed data sets.
- Assist with external vendors hired to execute client-communication and other tasks.

Compensation
- for this position, depending on experience, is an annual salary of $95,000 to $115,000 per year, plus benefits and a discretionary bonus.
