About the role
- This role ensures a safe, compliant, and fully operational facility through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and use of CMMS systems.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations, including fire and life safety systems
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain water chemistry, filtration, and temperature controls for recreational pools
- Maintain detailed records of work orders, inspections, and maintenance activities within a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Support overall facility appearance and functionality to enhance member and guest experience
Requirements
- Experience working with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- 3-4 years of experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or engineering
- Minimum Required Qualifications
