About the role
- This is a great opportunity for an experienced H&S professional to gain genuine international exposure across a business operating at the cutting edge of construction technology.
Responsibilities
- Support incident reporting and investigations - coordinating responses, identifying root causes, tracking remedial actions through to close-out, and ensuring learnings are shared across the business.
- Not only have we created this holographic technology, that sits within The Atom - a smart, site-safe headset/hardhat - but we implement it on projects, utilising the power of AR to ensure that all schemes are completed in line with delivery timescales and budgets.
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting RAMS preparation and review, and involvement in incident investigations - from initial reporting through root cause analysis and corrective action tracking.
- Relevant H&S qualification (NEBOSH, OSHA 30, or equivalent) and the ability to work effectively with external consultancies, site teams, and senior stakeholders across multiple regions.
- Austin, Texas, US (Site travel across the US required)
