About the role
- The Maintenance Technician plays a hands-on role in the daily upkeep, functionality, and appearance of Farm & Forge facilities, with a strong focus on strength & conditioning and athletic training environments.
- This is a physically active, non-desk role ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, staying moving throughout the day, and taking pride in well-maintained athletic and performance spaces.
Responsibilities
- Level I (Entry/Developing): $21.50-$23.00 Level II (Experienced/Independent): $23.50-$26.50 Level III (Senior/Lead-Capable): $27.00-$29.00 Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, relevant certifications, equipment expertise, licensure, and overall experience.
- Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role supports day-to-day facility operations, including basic repairs, equipment troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, athletic space upkeep, and operational support.
