About the role
- The Field Service Technician is responsible for repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting pumps and related equipment both in the field and at the service shop.

- Essential Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain pumps and related equipment in both the field and service shop.
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation of repairs.
- Have and maintain a clean driving record that meets company standards.

Requirements
- Additional Requirements Ability to obtain required customer site clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.) as needed.
- Ability to lift, carry, and work around industrial equipment.
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

- This position requires frequent travel to customer sites using a company vehicle.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, diesel, and electrical issues on equipment.
- Follow all company and customer safety policies and procedures.
Skills
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Experience working on diesel-powered equipment.
- Basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to diagnose equipment failures and determine appropriate repairs.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and mobile devices for service documentation.
- Travel Requirements Travel to customer sites is required.
- Overnight travel may be required based on business needs.
- Driving Requirements This position requires operating a company vehicle.
- Skills Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
