About the role
- Overview HealthPro Heritage is looking for a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our collaborative rehab team in Fork, SC.

Responsibilities
- Create personalized treatment plans to meet clients' goals and enhance their functional abilities.
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Advocate for clients' needs and support them in accessing community resources, services, and accommodations.

Requirements
- Ability to lift and assist patients as needed.

- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
