About the role

The micro mechanical assembler will bind and assemble small wires and parts to ensure adequate connections and resistance for specific parts.
Tasks are accomplished with the aid of microscope.
Set up workstation per materials specified by the work instruction.

Perform micro assembly and bridge wire testing under a microscope.
Use visual aids, drawings, verbal, and written instructions, to perform micro assembly and bridge wire weld operations under a microscope.
Perform occasional minor set-up capability for specific equipment.
Perform wire tensile strength tests.
Perform a pull test under a microscope to verify weld strength.
Perform visual inspections under the microscope to determine quality of welds.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Accordingly, candidates must either be U.S. Persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents, or protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) or be prepared to collaborate with the company in securing the necessary U.S. government export authorizations.
