- The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in real estate finance, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for real estate private equity investing.
- Essential Duties: Prepare detailed financial analyses of proposed developments including the preparation of development budgets and underwriting models.
Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive investment committee memorandums to support the teams' investment decision-making processes, ensuring alignment with financial, operational, and market objectives.
- Support and participate in the due diligence processes, including financial, operational, and legal reviews, and prepare detailed due diligence memorandums to inform investment decisions and risk assessments.
- Coordinate development activities with existing and potential partners.
- Support the structuring of joint ventures and co-investment vehicles.
- Perform other essential duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, or a related financial role.
- Prior experience with data center investments preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and scenario analysis.
- Strong understanding of real estate capital markets, investment structures, and valuation methodologies.
