Responsibilities
- Lead structural analysis and design for a variety of projects
- Provide guidance on complex design challenges
- Manage scope, schedule, and budget for multiple concurrent projects
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful outcomes
- Mentor and develop junior engineers
- Build strong relationships with project teams and clients
- Understand project needs and deliver tailored, high-quality solutions
- Diverse project portfolio - Work across water, infrastructure, and building projects
- Technical leadership - Opportunity to influence design standards and project execution
- 6+ years of structural design experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Master's degree in Structural Engineering
- Experience supervising or mentoring staff
