Responsibilities

  • Lead structural analysis and design for a variety of projects
  • Provide guidance on complex design challenges
  • Manage scope, schedule, and budget for multiple concurrent projects
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful outcomes
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers
  • Build strong relationships with project teams and clients
  • Understand project needs and deliver tailored, high-quality solutions
  • Diverse project portfolio - Work across water, infrastructure, and building projects
  • Technical leadership - Opportunity to influence design standards and project execution
  • 6+ years of structural design experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Master's degree in Structural Engineering
  • Experience supervising or mentoring staff
