Responsibilities
- Manage outside counsel and vendors on global EH&S issues and create programmatic opportunities to address risk, including training, policies and processes
- Develop relationships with regulatory agencies, defend our practices within appropriate boundaries, and work to influence policy development
Requirements
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative, team environment
Nice to have
- 3+ years of employment litigation experience preferred
- Class action or public sector experience a plus
- OSHA experience required.
- All exceptional candidates with relevant experience will be considered
Compensation
- For Chicago, the expected salary range for this position is between $200,000 - $235,000 This position is also eligible for annual bonuses.
- For Cleveland, the expected salary range for this position is between $165,000 - $195,000 This position is also eligible for annual bonuses.
- For Indianapolis, the expected salary range for this position is between $153,000 - $182,500 This position is also eligible for annual bonuses.
- For Madison, the expected salary range for this position is between $143,000 - $172,500 This position is also eligible for annual bonuses.
- For Minneapolis, the expected salary range for this position is between $165,000 - $195,000 This position is also eligible for annual bonuses.
Benefits
