In this role, you'll drive our global trade compliance strategy, building scalable programs that reduce landed cost and streamline customs operations across borders.
Develop strong cross-functional relationships by conducting 1:1s with Legal, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and external partners to align on compliance priorities and business needs.
Quickly assess and document the current state of trade compliance by reviewing core materials, classification accuracy, and import/export activity, identifying key gaps and opportunities.
Drive immediate impact through early wins, including correcting recordkeeping errors, improving broker SOPs, and resolving classification discrepancies that drive cost.
Shape the long-term compliance strategy by building a phased roadmap, designing targeted training, and presenting a savings-aligned compliance plan to leadership.
