About the role
- The Marketing Operations & Communications Manager owns campaign orchestration, creative execution systems, and marketing operations frameworks.
- This role ensures all marketing initiatives are delivered on time, on brand, and at scale, serving as the coordination hub between Brand, Demand Generation, Sales, and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Own campaign calendars, execution plans, and cross ‑ functional coordination
- Act as the operational bridge between Brand, Demand Gen, Sales, and external partners
- Establish workflows, standards, and documentation to support scalable execution
- Manage the development of content through close work with product managers and external creative partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations, communications, or campaign execution
- Experience managing creative workflows, asset delivery, and timelines
- Working knowledge of CMS platforms, digital publishing tools, and HubSpot
Nice to have
- Experience supporting or enforcing brand standards across channels
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and execution ‑ level reporting
- Experience coordinating vendors, agencies, or freelancers
- Strategic planning and tactical execution
