About the role

- This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position.
Responsibilities
- Your responsibilities will range from providing general supervision to offering hand ‑ over ‑ hand assistance, always ensuring each person receives the individualized support they need to succeed.

- Join our Easterseals NH team as a Direct Support Associate, where you'll empower adults with developmental disabilities and diverse support needs to build independence, engage in their communities, and live fulfilling lives.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance
Nice to have
- Prior direct care/direct support experience preferred, but not required
Skills

Compensation
- Day Program: Current opportunities are $ 19 - $20 hourly, dependent upon program needs. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position.
- Up to 9 paid holidays annually, plus one floating holiday of your choice. For programs that remain open during holidays, staff scheduled to work will receive holiday pay in accordance with program guidelines.
