About the role
- New Customer Acquisition Strategy & Execution
- Identify new customer segments, market opportunities, and channel expansion opportunities.
- Present acquisition performance, insights, and optimization recommendations to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute and optimize the enterprise new customer acquisition strategy across digital media, paid search, paid social, affiliates, partnerships, email/SMS nurture, and emerging channels.
- Lead funnel design, testing, and conversion rate optimization across all acquisition touchpoints.
- Own test and learn roadmaps, creative optimization cycles, and audience development plans.
- Support and manage partner programs to expand reach and accelerate customer growth.
- Lead and develop a high-performing acquisition team including channel managers, strategists, and growth specialists.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Technology, Data, and Analytics teams to align acquisition initiatives with broader business goals.
- Set clear performance objectives, manage budgets, and support professional development.

Requirements
- All employees are required to have smart phones that meet Company security standards with the ability to install apps such as Microsoft Authenticator.
- Ability to effectively and accurately convey information to others.
- 10+ years of experience in digital acquisition, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
- 3+ years of experience leading teams or complex cross functional initiatives.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into acquisition strategy.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required
