Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of our 3-5 year strategic plan by leveraging AI-driven tools to automate scheduling, data management, and procurement workflows.
  • Operate seamlessly in a fast-paced environment and drive results independently.
  • Track and manage multiple forms of operational data across several Scholar Talent content areas to identify bottlenecks and implement tech-based solutions.
  • Manage the calendar of the Executive, Growth & Scholar Talent, including coordinating external appointments.
  • Collaborate with the Rostering Services team to ensure accurate K-12 rostering and use data management systems to maintain precise elective, club, and transcript information.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks through data analysis and implement tech-based improvements to reduce school-based workstreams, ensuring alignment with Scholar Talent 2.0 strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to exercise discretion and judgment when handling highly sensitive and confidential information.
  • Secure space reservations and permits required for Scholar Talent events.

  • Compensation Range
  • $66,300 - $66,300 USD
