Responsibilities

  • Complete initial screenings, intake documentation, and service coordination under clinical guidance. Support crisis stabilization activities, including observation, de-escalation, and supportive interventions.
  • Collaborate with clinicians to support safety planning, service plans, and transition planning.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation supporting clinical care, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Support daily living needs, parenting support, and structured routines as appropriate.
  • Maintain working knowledge of community resources and crisis system pathways.
  • Foster positive relationships with law enforcement, hospitals, EMS, and community partners.
  • Support crisis stabilization activities, including observation, de-escalation, and supportive interventions.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field preferred
  • Relevant experience in crisis intervention, behavioral health, substance use services, or peer support.
  • Ability to remain calm, organized, and responsive under pressure.
  • Understanding of confidentiality, HIPAA, and protected health information.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Cultural humility and commitment to equitable care delivery.
  • Other Requirements: Valid driver's license, auto insurance, willingness to travel to homes/communities.
  • Requires living in or near the location of the posting.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field preferred
  • equivalent experience considered.
  • CAS, CAT, Peer Specialist, EMT, or Paramedic experience welcomed and valued.
  • Required certifications must remain active and in good standing.
  • 3-12 hour overnight shifts, plus overtime opportunities

Compensation

  • $26.44 - $31.25 per hour
