- Licensed Customs Broker or Customs Certified Specialist (CCS) preferred
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have
- 3 to 5 years of experience in international freight forwarding with a strong compliance background.
- Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding, including Incoterms, Harmonized Tariff Schedule, customs regulations, and other government requirements.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 100% performed in a climate-controlled office environment under normal working conditions.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach with arms and hands, talk, and hear.
- May occasionally need to stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Meet all performance and behavior expectations outlined in the company performance appraisal form or communicated by management.
- Perform job responsibilities as directed achieving desired results within expected time frames and with a high degree of quality and professionalism.
