About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead a service team with a defined book of business, specializing in insurance placements for power and renewable energy clients
- Participate in client meetings and lead when necessary
- Create client presentation including quotes, spreadsheet, contract comparison and other internal marketing materials
- Review documents issued by insurance company for accuracy. Submit incorrect documents to insurance companies for revision.
- Assist in supervising support staff to help manage workflow
- The role will manage the marketing & service processes within the Oil & Gas Service Team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- substantial work experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- 6+ years of Property & Casualty work experience required
- State specific license is required

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong multitasking & time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products; (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Publisher)
- Professional in appearance and business conduct with strong customer service
