About the role
- Execute ETL jobs for proprietary and commercial products/applications
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of product changes
- Contribute to product backlog execution by implementing, testing, and delivering potentially shippable increments
Responsibilities
- Support backlog refinement activities, including prioritization, dependency identification, and scope clarification
- Participate in the creation of test plans and execution of test plans to validate product functionality, data integrity, and user experience
- Design, develop, and enhance product features and services in collaboration with cross-functional product teams
- Develop, execute, and maintain application workflows and configurations using approved frameworks and technologies
- Participate in architectural and design discussions, providing recommendations where applicable
- As a leading provider of parking and tolling management solutions, we support municipal and commercial clients with citation processing, debt collection, DMV registered owner identification, back-office transaction processing, image review, customer service center and customer experience (CX) operations, integrated on-street parking management, and more.
Requirements
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- 0-3 years of experience in application configuration or a related IT role
- Stay current with selected technologies, tools, and best practices and apply them appropriately
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills goals
Compensation
- This role will offer $60,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and location.
