  • The Pod Group is partnering with this organization to place a compassionate, client-focused and hands-on individual to fulfill the role of a Youth Support Supervisor.
  • WHY YOUR ROLE MATTERS 🔍 The Youth Support Supervisor is a key leadership role that is focused on supporting the most marginalized and vulnerable youth across the Region of Peel.
  • As part of the leadership team, the Youth Support Supervisor will provide leadership and supervision to front-line youth workers, volunteers and students.
  • HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT 🎯 Build, lead and engage frontline staff by providing support and supervision in line with growth and development.
  • Facilitates training for new employees Provides on-call support, which includes problem solving, consultation, guidance and feedback to front-line employees through crisis management and challenging events.
  • Knowledge of resources and supports for youth and exposure to Region of Peel resources.

Compensation

  • $58,000.00 to $65,000.00 CAD Annually Vacancy: Current Opening
