About the role
- This role is hands-on and will involve working across backend, frontend, database, and basic system administration tasks.

Responsibilities
- Support data extraction and manipulation from SQL Server
- Help implement small feature updates and bug fixes
- Write and optimize SQL queries and scripts
- Support reporting and data validation tasks
- Update and maintain scheduled jobs (cron jobs / task schedulers)
- Support integration between frontend and backend APIs
- Assist with customer support queries when needed (non-technical escalation handling)

- Experience working directly on live business systems

Skills
- Understanding of REST APIs
- Basic debugging and problem-solving ability
- HTML/CSS fundamentals

- Experience with cron jobs / scheduled tasks
- Familiarity with logging/monitoring tools
- Basic DevOps exposure (CI/CD, deployments)
- Git version control
- Understanding of production systems
