Responsibilities
- Exercise discretion in coordinating claim resolution strategies with carriers, legal partners, and internal teams on matters that may significantly impact cost, liability, and client operations
- Lead claims review discussions with clients, including presenting insights, advising on reserve challenges, and influencing claim outcomes
- Manage carrier relationships and advocate on behalf of clients to ensure appropriate handling, responsiveness, and equitable resolution of claims
- Develop and deliver claims reporting and analysis (loss runs, KPIs, and trend summaries), tailoring insights to support client decision-making
- Provide consultative guidance to clients and internal partners on claims-related risk, process improvement, and operational impacts
- Create false or misleading representations of identity (e.g., deepfakes or altered images/videos)
Requirements
- 1-3+ years of commercial insurance or claims-related experience
Nice to have
- Carrier or agency claims experience
- Insurance designation (CISR or similar)
Skills
- Communicates with clients and carriers to obtain updates and provide status
- Explains claims process and timelines clearly
- Answer interview questions on their behalf, or use AI tools in any way during the interview or other qualification process(es).
- Misrepresent or embellish qualifications, skills, or experience
- Timely and accurate claim reporting
- Consistent follow-up and documented claim activity
- Organized and accurate claim files
- Basic claims reporting and summaries for internal/client use

Compensation
- We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $72,950.00 - $103,955.00 USD annually for full time employees.
- The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
