About the role
- We're looking for a full-stack AI engineer who ships production-grade intelligence platforms at 5-10× velocity.
- Ship AI-native diligence experiences: natural-language query interfaces, agentic synthesis tools, RAG-powered evidence finders, dynamic Bull/Bear explorers, and intelligent summarization that surfaces what actually matters for investment decisions.
- Leverage frontier AI models and tools daily to prototype, code-review, generate tests, and iterate at extreme speed - turning ambiguous needs into production code in hours (including heavy daily use of assistants like Claude Code and Cursor).
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end full-stack features across React/Next.js/TypeScript frontends, APIs, backend services, data pipelines, and observability that power report delivery, interactive Key Debates, search, subscriptions, and personalization.
- Share our obsession with quality and building infrastructure that matures an entire asset class.
- We deliver institutional-grade diligence on Series A+ companies through decision-grade reports centered on the 3-5 Key Debates that matter.
