About the role

  • Career Growth: Start as PRN and advance into full-time roles such as Automation Pharmacy Technician, Trainer, Implementation Consultant, Solution Advisor, and more.
  • Conduct routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of XR2 equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with pharmacy teams to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory levels and perform restocking duties.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a liaison between Omnicell and the customer.
  • The PRN is an On Call position to support / serve as back up for Call Ins/Sick Calls, Vacations, LOAs, etc. for our Lima / Toledo OH site(s).

Requirements

  • Required: High school diploma or GED.
  • An Active PA State Board of Pharmacy Technician License/Registration (if required) An Active National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA CPhT / ExCPT).
  • Working knowledge of pharmacy automation.
  • As a PRN Automation Pharmacy Technician 4, you'll gain hands-on experience with our cutting-edge XR2 system and play a vital role in improving patient care.

Nice to have

  • Accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program completion.
  • 2+ years of hospital pharmacy automation experience.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills with automation devices.
  • COV19 Vaccination required Preferred: Accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program completion.
