About the role

Option 1: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm EST (with flexibility on Fridays)
Option 2: Evening shift: Monday - Thursday: 3:00 pm EST - 11:30 pm EST & Fridays are flexible
Option 3: Weekend shift: Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm EST

Deliver FAA-aligned curriculum to prepare students for A&P certification
Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress
Support curriculum updates and collaborate with program leadership
Maintain classroom, lab equipment, and training materials
Continue growing your own knowledge while developing others
As an Aircraft Maintenance Instructor (A&P Mechanic Instructor), you will deliver FAA Part 147-aligned aviation maintenance curriculum and provide hands-on instruction to students preparing for careers as aircraft maintenance technicians (AMTs).

Share your real-world aircraft maintenance experience with future technicians

Teach aircraft maintenance systems, procedures, and techniques in a hands-on environment
Demonstrate practical skills used by A&P mechanics and aviation technicians

Compensation: $38 - $41/hour + $5,000 sign-on bonus, $2,500 relocation available for qualified out-of-area candidates
