Responsibilities

- Flex is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to define our product positioning, lead new product and feature launches, and drive adoption, activation, and retention campaigns.
- You'll collaborate closely with Product, Growth, and Brand teams to align roadmap decisions with marketing outcomes.
- You'll help create launch videos, pages for new products and marketing campaigns across email, sms, and in-app messages.
- You'll lead research-driven, user-tested initiatives to scale our campaigns, launches, website, and press presence-helping shape the voice of one of the fastest-growing fintech platforms in America.
- Develop and execute a clear product marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, revenue growth, sales enablement, and customer satisfaction.
- Build something generational - Capture the full lifecycle of money for ambitious business owners.
- Implement strong project management systems (Asana or similar) to scale efficiently and improve cross-team communication.
Skills
