About the role
- This is an opportunity to play a key role in managing technical and non-technical projects, such as business process improvement initiatives and Business Intelligence projects for the Finance and Accounting Team.
- Join our busy collaborative team onsite at our stunning campus in Redlands, CA.
Responsibilities
- Lead and be a key influencer for resources that are not direct reports
- Design and develop project work plans, ensure project deliverables, and work efforts remain within scope
- Lead and be a key influencer for resources that are not direct reports; be able to motivate action to complete project tasks on-time
Requirements
- 2+ years of project management experience, preferably supporting Finance and Accounting
- Experience with leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives
- High level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize demands and meet deadlines
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, information systems, or related field
- Master's degree in finance, accounting, business, information systems, or related field
Compensation
- A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is
- $70,304 - $114,400 USD
