About the role

  • This is an opportunity to play a key role in managing technical and non-technical projects, such as business process improvement initiatives and Business Intelligence projects for the Finance and Accounting Team.
  • Join our busy collaborative team onsite at our stunning campus in Redlands, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and be a key influencer for resources that are not direct reports
  • Design and develop project work plans, ensure project deliverables, and work efforts remain within scope
  • Lead and be a key influencer for resources that are not direct reports; be able to motivate action to complete project tasks on-time

Requirements

  • 2+ years of project management experience, preferably supporting Finance and Accounting
  • Experience with leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives
  • High level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize demands and meet deadlines
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, information systems, or related field
  • Master's degree in finance, accounting, business, information systems, or related field

Compensation

  • A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is
  • $70,304 - $114,400 USD
