Responsibilities
- Lead and support the estimating process from initial review through bid submission Perform detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates Prepare, organize, and manage bid packages Solicit and manage subcontractor and vendor bids Track and respond to RFIs during the bidding phase Analyze project costs and develop competitive bid strategies Support scheduling and project planning efforts Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors Review and contribute to project financials, including P&L considerations Deliver accurate, thorough, and competitive bid analyses
Requirements
- This role is suited for someone with 5+ years of construction estimating experience who is looking to contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Compensation
