About the role
- The Finance Manager will be a key member of the Go-To-Market Finance team.
- From day one, this role and their work will have high visibility and impact to the senior management at Rubrik.
- This position will be based in Palo Alto, California and will require in-office attendance 3 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Own headcount management for Sales Engineering & Alliances. Collaborate with Sales Ops and Recruiting to maintain accurate source of truth for actuals & forecasts
- Mentor junior analysts on the team, and construct independent processes that support your work, that analysts can be trained on
- Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and build strong working relationship with key partners
- Own headcount management for Sales Engineering & Alliances.
- Collaborate with Sales Ops and Recruiting to maintain accurate source of truth for actuals & forecasts
- Demonstrated abilities to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines with efficiency and accuracy

Requirements
- 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree
- or 6 years and a Master's degree
- It is helpful, but not required to have
- Experience with Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Salesforce, Tableau, Workday, Coupa
- Experience with sales bookings plan, expense plan, sales headcount ratios
Compensation
- Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
- $141,300 - $211,900 USD
