About the role
- As the Associate Innovation Manager at Feastables, you will play a key role in driving execution across new product development initiatives.
- This role is focused on the operational execution of bringing new products to market.
- You will work closely with teams across brand, R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales to ensure that innovation projects are delivered accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day execution of assigned workstreams across innovation projects
- Build and maintain detailed project trackers and timelines
- Support packaging development including revisions, approvals, and production readiness
- Assist in claims development and validation with R&D and regulatory partners
- Support retailer sell-in readiness through accurate product information and timelines
- Maintain organized documentation and communication across all projects

Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in CPG marketing, innovation, or product development
- Familiarity with stage-gate or product development processes

- Strong organizational and project management skills
Compensation
- For this role, we expect the annual base salary to fall between $90,000-$114,000.
