- Y Analytics' mandate also covers responsible investing and sustainability across TPG's firm and portfolio.

- Today, Y Analytics directly supports impact assessments and decision-making for The Rise Fund, the TPG Rise Climate Fund, and other TPG companies/vehicles with impact objectives.
- We support TPG and its portfolio companies by assessing sustainability performance and advising on risk mitigation and value-creation opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Experience (academic or otherwise) and interest in environmental science, journalism, communications, climate tech, economics, public policy, or another relevant field
- Demonstrated ability to concisely synthesize information in written form for a target audience
- Strong understanding of the stakeholder engagement needs of a financial firm
- Familiarity with key questions and themes in the climate space, including awareness and basic understanding of important technologies
- Our teams combine deep product and sector experience with broad capabilities and expertise to develop differentiated insights and add value for our fund investors, portfolio companies, management teams, and communities.
Compensation
- Compensation: $20/hour
