About the role

The Associate Buyer/Planner assists Buyer/Planners (BPs) in the daily functions of purchasing and planning for their production lines.
Coordinates all shipping transactions from the facility.
Assists Operations Manager and VP of the Business Unit with daily reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) and on special projects.

Orders all office supplies and manages inventory levels.

3+ years using an ERP system in a manufacturing environment or similar high pace commercial/industrial workplace.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Ability to multitask and take direction from multiple stakeholders within the team.
Must be able to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
No travel required.
Associate degree in Business or related field.
5+ years using an ERP system in a manufacturing environment or similar high pace commercial/industrial workplace.
Extensive experience with manufacturing ERP systems and cycle count programs.
Verbal and auditory capability are required.
Safety gear is required in these areas.
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Effective communication skills, including excellent oral and written skills.
