About the role

  • The candidate will be responsible to ensure that production programs and factory cells are fully supported throughout the entire value stream from component procurement through product manufacturing, test and final shipment to the customer.
  • In addition, the individual is also responsible for managing the department budget and project tasks assignment within the allocated timelines.
  • The individual plays a pivotal role in leading the team, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

  • PacSci EMC, a Ralliant company, is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Sustaining Design Engineering and Engineering Services teams in Chandler, Arizona.
  • The Engineering Manager oversees and guides the Sustaining Design Engineering and Engineering Services teams, ensuring projects align with business goals and product technical requirements.

Compensation

  • The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 101,500.00 - 188,500.00 Is this role subject to ITAR?
