About the role
- The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between the contractor team and the Government, organizing, directing, and managing all technical aspects of contract deliverables.
- This role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills to ensure successful execution of multiple complex and inter-related project tasks.

Responsibilities
- Organize, direct, manage, and review technical aspects of deliverables involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks.
- Maintain and facilitate lines of communication across the client interface, at the senior levels of the client's organization, and with company partnerships.
- Work with assigned personnel to provide guidance for building operational plans and specifying measurable outcomes.
- Support capital outlay planning efforts and prioritize initiatives to meet strategic goals.
- Kymber employs a collaborative team approach to deliver high value, tailored, and innovative solutions.
- Our employees currently support a variety of Defense and Civilian agencies.
- Demonstrated ability to organize, direct, and manage complex multi-task projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in English, journalism, communication, or a related field.
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience is required.
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience engaging senior-level stakeholders.
- Familiarity with capital outlay planning and strategic goal prioritization.
