Responsibilities
- Minimum of 2+ years as a lead in Residential HVAC installation
- Proficient in HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems
- Demonstrated ability to build and transition duct work, install indoor/outdoor units
- Ability to lead and coach apprentices on projects
- Newer equipment, quality install materials, and organized support
Requirements
- Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundings
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Nice to have
- EPA 2 Certification Required Universal is Preferred.

- Operates hand and power tools and vehicles.
Compensation
- $80,000 - $130,000 USD
- Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces.
- Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds.
- Operates hand and power tools and vehicles.
- Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members.
- Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
- Industry-leading pay: Hourly + Spiffs (Annual Earning Potential of up to $100,000+)
