About the role
- Plan national and regional events as well as sponsorship activations.
Responsibilities
- Perform any other related tasks to support the marketing and day-to-day operations of event spaces.
- Manage event requests and follow up on them according to established standards and timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations or equivalent training.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, event coordination or communications.
- Strong experience in organizing and coordinating events from planning to execution.
- Ability to ensure rigorous operational management, in compliance with standards, processes and deadlines.
Skills
- Ensure a smooth event experience in collaboration with multiple internal teams.
- Participate in various portfolio-related marketing projects.
