About the role

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with PMs, UX designers and partner teams to design and develop features from concept to release and live operations.
  • Build metrics and monitor impact of features.
  • Drive AI-powered product innovation by integrating intelligent capabilities into customer experiences and leveraging AI-assisted development practices to improve engineering efficiency and product quality.
  • Microsoft Advertising Campaign UI team is the development team responsible for the front end web sites used by online advertisers to create and manage their millions of ad campaigns.
  • As a Software Engineering in the team, you will develop world class Web UI experience for our demand management platform as well as enable new Ads Product to advertisers.

Requirements

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Nice to have

  • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience with ReactJS and modern front end development environment.
  • Experience with data analysis and building metrics to measure business impact.
