Role Summary: Join Triumph as a Client Service Representative, where you'll play a key role in managing client funding requests while delivering top-notch customer service.
You'll help ensure smooth operations, accurate verifications, and strong client relationships while supporting risk management protocols.

Maintain confidentiality of client information
Perform other duties as assigned
Every day, you'll communicate with clients, team members, and management while helping maintain a positive, collaborative work environment that balances customer service and risk management.

Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, or 4+ years of customer service experience
Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, ideally in freight, transportation, factoring, or logistics
Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including phone etiquette
Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with team members
