About the role

  • Act as a primary subject-matter expert for product, sales, and program information.
  • Communication: Can effectively communicate complex ideas and information, and can adapt communication style to the audience.

Responsibilities

  • Can identify opportunities for task optimization, propose solutions, and manage multiple tasks without explicit instructions.
  • Can prepare and deliver presentations, addressing key points and responding to questions with clarity.
  • Can adjust to changes in the work environment, manage multiple tasks, and effectively handle uncertainty.
  • Additionally, the specialist will create and maintain training content, monitor CRM submissions, and stay informed on new product offerings and certifications.
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline on an ongoing basis through CRM and Excel.
  • Manage and process Partner Deal Registration and/or other strategic pricing programs.
  • Create and maintain content on internal team sites, including training decks and presentations.
  • Multi-Tasking: Can identify opportunities for task optimization, propose solutions, and manage multiple tasks without explicit instructions.
  • Presenting: Can prepare and deliver presentations, addressing key points and responding to questions with clarity.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle, improving customer service, retention, and sales growth
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role

Compensation

  • The estimated annual pay range for this position is $50,000 - $80,000 which includes a base salary and bonus.
