  • Go onsite; shadow users; get user feedback; act as a user all in search of the truth.
  • Our Stack - Independent Service Oriented Architectures with services composed of: - Node, Typescript, MySQL RDS, SQS, SNS. - React and Redux for UI. - We run on AWS.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the development and implementation of AI-driven agents for the logistics world by working closely with engineering, product design, and data science teams.
  • Experience building delightful software products for complex industries with a physical layer like logistics.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, build 0-1, and adapt in a rapid-growth startup.

Requirements

  • Have 6+ years of product management or related industry experience.
  • Obtained a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field.
  • Showcase strong leadership, organizational, and execution skills, along with proven communication abilities.
  • Experience with Open AI, Anthropic, Llama, and other leading LLMs and Cartesia, Eleven Labs voice models.
  • Prior experience in Logistics, Freight brokerage, Shipping, and Warehouse technologies.

Skills

  • Node, Typescript, MySQL RDS, SQS, SNS.
  • React and Redux for UI.
