About the role

We are looking for a careful forklift operator to move packages and material around our facilities.
You will be operating a forklift with the utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety.
Your job could involve driving around warehouses, storage spaces and other facilities.

Monitor and maintain inventory of incoming and outgoing items.
This role includes responsibility for ensuring products are handled, stored, and distributed in a manner that maintains their safety, quality, and legality.
Team members are expected to follow all standard operating procedures, report any concerns related to product condition or integrity, support traceability through accurate record-keeping, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and product safety awareness.
You'll take on real problems, create tangible solutions, and drive results that move the needle for ShipBob, our merchants, and for your own professional growth.

You must be responsible and have solid experience in driving industrial vehicles.

Load, unload, pack, and unpack stock of product or pallets from incoming vehicles.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
Demonstrated experience in stand-up/reach, order/cherry/stock picker, pallet rider (walkie/EPJ), stand-up counterbalance/pacer and JOEY.

Transport, retrieve and/or relocate stock of product or pallets to workstations or other assigned locations within the warehouse.
