Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
- Deliver services in home, school, and community settings
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to support clinical decisions
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external providers

- The BCBA is responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and overseeing behavioral interventions in alignment with IBHS standards.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain required PA clearances (Criminal Background, FBI, Child Abuse)
- Ability to provide mobile/community-based services
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Candidates must be able to travel locally to provide services.
