This role is within Chamberlain Group's IT Enterprise Applications function. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) collaborate with business stakeholders, understand business processes, and elicit, define, and analyze requirements
(ii) design, configure, develop, test, implement, support, and maintain applications that enable business processes, focused on PTC WindChill, Creo, and related applications.

Collaborate with colleagues to define and design proposed solutions that meet requirements and adhere to platform and application design guidelines, strategies, and industry best practices
Collaborate with application developers to create functional specifications for custom development that adheres to design guidelines and industry best practices
Collaborate with business stakeholders to create documentation and training materials; support training delivery and organizational change management
Identify opportunities to leverage applications to improve business processes, and support business re-engineering efforts. Research and represent industry best practices
Plan and manage small projects leveraging appropriate project management methodology
Identify opportunities to leverage applications to improve business processes, and support business re-engineering efforts.

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent
Minimum 7 years' experience in Information Technology, preferably applications development or configuration.
Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with PTC WindChill including hands-on configuration
Minimum 5 years working with business processes related to PLM such as New Product Development, Product Lifecycle Management, Documentation Change Control, Issue Tracking, and CAD Modeling Tools
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Master's degree in Computer Science
Experience with CAD tools such as Creo
Experience with PTC MPMLink and ProjectLink
Experience with Atlassian software
Experience in a consumer durable goods manufacturing company or equivalent
This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.

The pay range for this position is $85,500.00 - $162,975.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
