Requirements

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Required
  • Qualifications:
  • 0+ Years Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) - Required.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Well organized, detail oriented and exceptional problem solving and follow-through skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal).
  • Bilingual: English, and Spanish. Portuguse is required only if servicing clients from Brazil.
  • Certifications:

Nice to have

  • 0+ Years Experience in customer service, preferably in private banking or related industry - Preferred.
  • 0+ Years Experience in T-24 software - Preferred.
  • 0+ Years Experience using DocuSign and Appian system - Preferred.

Skills

  • Assist clients with basic inquiries on balances, transfers, loans, and card services.
  • Guide clients through standard applications and accompany them during in-person transactions.
  • Resolve simple issues with supervision and escalate complex or sensitive cases appropriately.
  • Provide consistent, high-quality service aligned with the bank's standards.
  • Prepare standard onboarding documentation and client forms using Appian and DocuSign.
  • Handle routine client communications, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate recordkeeping.
  • Enter and track wire transfer requests, escalating irregular or complex cases to higher levels.
  • Assist in preparing loan documentation and monitoring overdrafts under guidance.
  • Update client investment profiles and assist with the preparation of proposals.
  • Execute FX transactions and purchase orders following established verification protocols.
  • Promote the use of DocuSign, Veridas, Mobile Apps, and other digital tools.
  • Encourage clients to adopt digital channels and provide feedback on system improvements.

Compensation

  • $45,000.00 USD Maximum:
  • $80,000.00 USD
  • The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range.
  • For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week.
  • The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
