About the role
- Overview The Newark, NJ office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its Labor & Employment Practice.
- This role requires extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies and opposing counsel.
- Lewis Brisbois' Labor & Employment Practice represents clients from coast to coast in all phases and types of employment litigation, counseling, and training.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in New Jersey and have at least one (1) to seven (7) years of experience in employment law matters.
- Prior employment litigation and wage & hour experience is required (preferably on the management side), and employment counseling or in-house employment law experience is preferred.
- Candidates must have strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
- Maximum Salary USD $200,000.00/Yr.
